    Welcome to Maid Wiz Cleaning. By booking a service through our website, phone, or any other method, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


    1. Services Provided

    Maid Wiz Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services through a network of vetted independent cleaning professionals. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, recurring cleaning, customization cleaning, and add on services as selected at booking.

    All services are performed based on the details provided by the customer at the time of booking.


            2. Booking & Scheduling

    • Appointments are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.
    • Arrival times are estimated. Cleaners may arrive within a 30–60-minute window of the scheduled time.
    • Customers must provide safe and legal access to the property (keys, lockbox, door codes, etc.).
    • Pets must be secured during the service.

    Failure to provide access may result in a lock out fee or full-service charge.


           3. Prices& Payments

    • Prices are based on home size, conditions, and estimated labor time.
    • Final pricing may change if the home condition differs significantly from what was disclosed.
    • Additional services or time required will result in additional charges.
    • Payment is due before service unless otherwise specified.
    • By booking, you authorize Maid Wiz Cleaning to charge the card on file for services rendered, including approved adjustments.


          4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to a 50-100% cancellation fee.
    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full-service amount.


          5. Satisfaction Guarantee

        Your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

    • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
    • We may offer a re-clean of the affected area at our discretion.
    • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.


          6. Damage, Breakage, & Liability

    • Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of service.
    • Maid Wiz Cleaning is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Improperly installed, unstable, or fragile items
    • Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.


          7. Independent Contractors

    All cleaning professionals dispatched by Maid Wiz Cleaning are independent contractors, not employees. Maid Wiz Cleaning does not control the manner or means by which services are performed.


          8. Health & Safety

    Customers must provide a safe working environment. Cleaners will not handle:

    • Hazardous Materials
    • Bodily fluids
    • Mold remediation
    • Hoarding situations (unless pre-approved)

    Services may be refused if conditions are unsafe.


         9. Access & Security

    • Customers are responsible for securing valuables.
    • Maid Wiz Cleaning is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
    • Alarm systems must be disarmed prior to service.


         10. Privacy Policy

    We respect your privacy. Customer information is used solely for booking, communication, and service purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill services.


         11. Changes Of Terms

    Maid Wiz Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    Credit Card Chargeback Protection & Payment Disputes

    By booking a service with Maid Wiz Cleaning, you agree to the following chargeback and dispute terms:

    1. Authorization of Charges

             By submitting payment information, you authorize Maid Wiz Cleaning to charge your card for:

    • The scheduled cleaning service
    • Any approved add-on services
    • Additional time required due to undisclosed conditions
    • Cancellation or no-show fees, when applicable

              

             2. No Chargebacks Without Contact

             Customers agree to Contact Maid Wiz Cleaning Directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer.


               3. Chargeback Abuse

              Filing a chargeback after services have been rendered, without first contacting Maid Wiz Cleaning, is considered a violation of the Terms & Conditions. Evidence including booking confirmations, service records, arrival logs, and communication history may be submitted to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.


                4. Completed Services Are Non- Refundable

               Once a cleaning service has been completed, charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, except where Maid Wiz Cleaning determines a refund or partial refund is warranted.


                5. Dispute Resolution Window

              Any billing disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Disputes submitted after this period may not be honored.


               6. Right to Recover Fees

              In the event of a chargeback, Maid Wiz Cleaning reserves the right to recover:

    • The original service amount
    • Any chargeback or processing fees incurred


               7. Proof of Service

    Customers acknowledge that proof of service may include, but is not limited to:

    • Appointment confirmations
    • Time-stamped arrival records
    • Cleaner reports
    • Photos (when applicable)
    • Communication logs
